About
The Stephen Roth Institute for the Study of Contemporary Antisemitism and Racism sponsors academic research on antisemitism and related topics within Jewish politics. The Institute provides a forum for scholars to explore the history of racism and antisemitism, as well as their social, institutional and cultural settings (with an emphasis on the post-WWII era). We are committed to public facing scholarship and seek to make the findings of advanced academic research accessible to the general public. Toward that end, the Institute sponsors a wide range of public programming. At a moment when antisemitism has emerged as one of the defining political controversies of our time, we promote research that aims to enrich public debate.
